I was guided to the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® in 2006, gaining my diploma in 2007, and becoming a tutor over a period of three years which deepened my relationship with these amazing flower essences and brought a deeper understanding of working at the level of the soul, experiencing profound inner shifts within myself as well as seeing them in my clients.

Life is relationship. The most important relationship is with our self, with our soul. This impacts our relationship with life and all other relationships. When we know ourselves, when we are living a soul-based life, we open ourselves to the magic of life. Working at the level of the soul is where true transformation occurs
