My first adventure with the power of First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® was walking in the New Zealand bush. As I passed a mighty Kauri tree I reached out my hand and felt the energy of the tree. My friend gave me some First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® No 47 Kauri essence. My heart started singing, I felt so energised. I was dancing along the path. She told me this essence balanced my heart chakra. I had to find out more. In 2009 I started studying and experiencing their magic.

I completed my Diploma in New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy (Dip.NZNFE) and became a Registered Practitioner in 2015. I now share their amazing gifts with my clients.

I have continued my training. I studied in the Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies® from 2016. Since 2021 I have trained and become a registered Hypnotique Protocol® esoteric hypnotherapist specialising in soul retrieval and healing the spirit. My 25 years’ experience working in the health sector helps me listen and understand what my clients are experiencing. I work particularly with those on their soul journey who need the support and wisdom of a wise woman and the flower essences to move through a block or to go to the next step. My clients are surprised at how easy it is to make changes on many levels – the essences work so subtly.
