Qualified Therapeutic Massage Therapist studied with Lotus Holistic Centre 2009. Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release studies from 2015 to present day with Upledger Institute International and are registered with the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners.

I have completed the Medicine Woman Certificate in Shamanic Studies© program with Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies®, adding my recent qualification Diploma in New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy to this wonderful 21st Century modality.

I am very passionate about holistic healthcare and healing on a metaphysical level, having had endless positive healing outcomes myself through working with the powerful sacred plant medicine of Aotearoa.
