The healing gifts of nature inspire me to help people from all walks of life. For over twenty-five years I have worked with herbal medicine, nutrition and flower essences.

I currently offer holistic health and wellbeing services as a First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® registered practitioner, a transpersonal coach, a HypnoSuccess Soul Coach® and a Hypnotique Protocol® esoteric hypnotherapist to help clients with deep transformation, more authentic and meaningful relationships with themselves and others, a greater innate sense of wellbeing and to reach long sort after goals.

Technology allows me to work remotely. I also meet clients to work in nature – a beach walk, a bushwalk, in a park, on some rocks. Here, our conversations are supported by what joins us and is around us – the creatures, the trees, water. Slowing down and dropping into nature space, a heart space, opens a connection to our bigger Selves and awareness develops around what needs to be addressed.
