I run a holistic healing therapy practice in beautiful Whitianga, New Zealand, specializing in First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and Hypnotique Protocol Esoteric Hypnotherapy®.
From a young age, I was naturally drawn to finding safe, gentle, non-invasive, and truly effective ways to address disease and life’s challenges for myself and others. Along the way, I discovered these remarkable healing modalities that resonate deeply with my soul, and they’ve become not just my passion but my lifelong commitment.
With over 15 years of experience in holistic healing therapy and working in the natural health industry, I’ve learned how essential it is to nurture the metaphysical aspects of ourselves to live a truly happy and healthy life. Just as our bodies need nourishing food every day, our hearts, minds, and spirits also need care, healing, and balance.
To me, First Light Flower Essences® are like magical energy food for the soul and spirit. They gently restore harmony on emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, helping us stay aligned and balanced in this ever-changing world. It’s both my joy and privilege to work with this beautiful healing gift from Aotearoa, a treasure of nature.
I offer sessions in person and online, and they’re available in both English and Japanese.
