For over 25 years I have been on a journey of personal and spiritual growth, working with Reiki, crisis counselling, shamanic wisdom, facilitation of workshops for breast cancer survivors, meditation and yoga.

After a lifetime of working in the field of horticulture, the discovery of First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® has led me on a passionate journey working with the healing power of these remarkable gifts to humanity. I am in awe of the power of transformation that these flower essences have brought to myself personally, and to family, friends and clients.

The essences have the power to clear past traumas, release fears, remove limiting blockages, restore energy and transform lives in profound ways. They are suitable for all ages and work to restore balance and harmony.
