I am privileged to be a registered First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® practitioner and I bring a variety of experiences to my practice.

I discovered vibrational medicine in the early 90’s after qualifying from the Bayly School of Reflexology in London, studied, and used Bach Flowers to complement my reflexology practice. Prior to my studies in reflexology, I achieved a Diploma in Interior Design specialising in the use of healthy building materials and minimising electromagnetic fields. Following my return to home I completed a BA in Architecture. My interest in sustainability of the built environment naturally extended to the sustainability of people and their well-being. In my experience, First Light® essences encapsulate all things to create balance, harmony, inner peace and joy, and these powerful essences have enabled significant personal growth. I’ve assisted folk in their journey and in some cases where orthodox medicine could not help.

In addition to First Light® essences, I offer reflexology. The two work well together especially if you live in Auckland and enjoy a hands-on treatment.
