Yuka Nakama

Yuka Nakama has over 20 years of experience as a radiological technologist in the medical and health screening fields. Her perspective on conventional medicine shifted after the loss of her mother to depression, leading her to explore natural therapies, including aromatherapy and Japanese flower essences. This journey eventually introduced her to First Light® Flower Essences of New Zealand, a vibrational healing system based on energetic anatomy and physiology, which had a profound impact on her approach to holistic health.
As a Reiki Teacher and UK IFPA Certified Aromatherapist, she integrates Eastern medicine principles into her treatments, providing a comprehensive and multifaceted approach to healing.
From 2025, she will expand her practice by offering treatments for postpartum women in medical facilities, with a continued focus on integrative medicine.
